Welcome to Axis Parking LLC ("Axis Parking," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our parking payment and software solutions, including our mobile application, website (axisparking.io), and related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"). By creating an account, installing our application, or using our Services in any manner, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
Axis Parking LLC provides a technology platform that enables digital parking payment processing, permit management, and related parking services. We act as a software service provider facilitating transactions between users and parking operators, property owners, and parking management companies ("Parking Operators").
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the Platform for any illegal purpose or to interfere with the Platform’s servers or networks.
Axis Parking LLC uses third-party payment processors (currently Stripe) to handle all payment transactions. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided for user error, such as incorrect license plate entries or unused parking time.
Axis Parking LLC does not enforce parking regulations or issue citations. You are solely responsible for compliance with all posted parking rules and for ensuring your session is properly activated.
The Platform and all its content are owned by Axis Parking LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Axis Parking LLC does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axis Parking LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including parking citations or towing fees.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axis Parking LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.
These Terms continue until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for a breach of these Terms.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). You waive your right to participate in a class action proceeding.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
The Platform may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the functionality or content of those services.
Axis Parking LLC uses SMS messaging to provide transactional notifications, such as parking session confirmations, time expiration alerts, and receipts.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
